Carry Forward

Carry Forward is an exclusive benefit we provide so that you can save money and utilize the availed package in the best way possible.

This facility comes into play when your support hours for a particular month has not been utilized. Instead of the monthly hours expiring, you can make use of it in the next two months. This carry forwarded time can be used for your app’s enhancements as well.

For example, you brought a 40 hours/month AMC package from Redbytes in January. In January, maintenance was required and your 40 hours got used for app maintenance.

But, in February, your app did not require maintenance and your 40 hours went unused. Instead of this 40 hours expiring and starting afresh in March, you get to carry forward unused support time from February and combine it with March. So, you will have 80 hours in total.

The same happens in April also. But, in May, the 40 hours you carried forward from February would no longer be available.
