Last year's footprints

On 23rd of September, 2010  I had accomplished my One Year In Redbytes Software

I remember my first day in the ‘redbytes’, the small office 120, Ashoka Mall. I was the first employee of the company. Altaf sir was seated  in front of big Mac PC and there was a laptop on other table which was given me for programming.

Basicaly, I had  joined ‘redbytes’ due to my  programming interest, Sir was about to begin the software product called ‘Dash 2.0’  and before that  Sir assigned me a small project called  ‘ BulkUploader ’ for ushops (redbyte’s product for online shopping). I successfully accomplished that project within month and started on Dash as Front-end Programmer. BulkUploader  was like a CET to work on ‘Dash2.1′. And I can happily say that right now while writing this blog, I am working on Dash2.1, adding new features and interphases for the same day by day.

Now ‘redbytes’ has grown to the six people organization (and 5 people working remotely), and according to need office has moved to a bigger office. Now there is my small – sweet team (Mrigendra, Kalpana, Naveen) side by side most helpful and smiley personality  Sapnaji, and off-course The guide, Sir Altaf  Rehmani.

As I look back into the last year,  I can surely say that Altaf sir must be satisfied upon the  decision to hire me though my interview was too bad to hire. As a receipt of these satisfactions, sir awarded me ‘Employee Of The Year-2009’  on occasion of redbytes first anniversary.

Being ‘redbyter’  feeling lucky – Nitin  D. Daphale
